NHS Roverines Robotics Club earns 1st place at competition March 6, 2021!
Congratulations to the Roverines Robotics club, who earned 1st place at this weekend’s competition, earning both the
“Skills Champion” trophy and the “Judge’s Award” trophy.
The Roverines, led by Seniors, Kevin Swayze and Jackson Mazer, competed against teams from 11 different states from Massachusetts to Hawaii and a team from the United Kingdom.
The Roverine’s impressive performance elevated Newfield’s standing in the World Rankings.
Currently, the Roverines are ranked #97 in the World and look to improve on this when they compete again on March 27th.
